Seriously have to give Angela at the front/drive thru major props. On fathers day she was working both the front and the drive thru by herself. She could’ve closed the lobby but she was confident in her abilities and was kind and courteous to every single guest. As a dasher, it was a pleasant surprise that my wait was not very long even tho there were 5 orders ahead of the 2 that I was picking up. Angela and her one kitchen helper got me in and out in about 10 minutes. They had a lot of business that day. I am super impressed with the staff here and I will be frequenting this establishment on my time off as well. Good job guys!!

It’s really sad when you go to a place that is totally empty, ordered a plain chicken sandwich and you receive this monstrosity, burned bread and dry and burned chicken and be charged almost $9.00 to throw it away. Not just that, I have noticed the maintenance personal was wearing a hair net while he was cleaning the inside windows, at the same time not even 1 of the kitchen, cashiers or drive thru staff were wearing one. Needless to say that I will never go back again, but if you are reading and you visit this place, please be aware of this, and to all my friends and family please for your own sake do NOT visit Church’s Chicken on E. Pawnee in Wichita KS.

Every time I buy from this location the chicken seems old or the chicken seems old and bland. Me and my brother had upset stomach from eating this chicken. I ended up trowing away the whole box of chicken I bought.

To date the worst. Memorial weekend waiting over 30 minutes for food…. Then realizing I got a one piece. I ordered a 2 piece with a side…. Nonexistent!!! For 8 dollars????? The chicken piece I did get was DRIPPING IN GREASE!

Went in to the store waited for 30 minutes while I was ignored so they could tend to the drive thru. Just to find out they were out of menu items. When they finally asked for my order they said they where out of chicken and it would be another 15 to 20 minute wait by then they probably would have gave all the chick to the drive thru again.

Went once awhile ago, spicy chicken was bland. Just tried to give them another chance, several people in line, none had ordered. 5 minutes later after staring at the backs of employees who took no orders I left. Went to kfc, left with order 2 minutes later.

This was my third time going to this Church’s Chicken which is close to my house. For the third time in a row my order was not correct and I had to call the restaurant when I got home to let them know about the problems with my order. My first two problems we’re taking care of the next day which is not helpful when you’re trying to order dinner for you and your family but at least I was satisfied. However this time the management that I spoke to was very rude about listening to the problems with my order and I still have not gone back to get missing items from my orders because my experience was so awful I’m actually afraid of what they will give me. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I even called corporate and took their silly survey and asked to have someone call me back and no one did. I have been eating out in Wichita for over 50 years and as a senior citizen you do expect better service. As a disabled person it is hard for me to keep going back to places to get an order that they missed or have something else corrected it has gotten to the point of ridiculous nowadays.
