Absolutely hands down worst dining experience I’ve ever had . Very dirty Food was not consistent with normal chain restaurants Some overcooked Staff not even wearing logo shirts. Floors counter in walls were filthy. Place needs to be shut down remodeled clean for roads disinfected from top to bottom. Employees should be retrained not up to par never experienced this in the churches. Very sad

About 2 or 3 weeks ago (with-in operating hours) my husband tried to purchase dinner for the family and upon arrival he was told that they couldn’t make any chicken because the cook had gone home early.. They sold him what was left under the heat lamp and that was the worst Church’s Chicken I’d ever tasted!

My father in law and me had order 4 different items. I saw the 6 count boneless wings were all ready cooked in a pan she put them back in the oil for about a minute to heat them up and my father’s shrimp were done the same way and try and guess what else was….. yep the chicken to. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is the jalapeño poppers were made fresh.

They were out of French fries, biscuits, corn, chicken patties, tea and macaroni and cheese. The workers said the truck wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday. This location is usually very busy but I know they lost a lot of business today.

Very unprofessional place. Did not ask us ahead of time if we wanted to wait 15 minutes and was told it will take 15 minutes for 12 piece to cook after cashier took money. Wait end up being 45 minutes long and was out of tea after we already paid for it. I will never go there again!! Staff need some etiquette/customer service training.

The hefty white lady behind the counter dropped her glove on the ground, picked it up, put it on, and continued to batter chicken with the same glove. This happened as I was ordering. I just told them I changed my mind, went to KFC instead. I haven’t been to a Church’s since back in the 90’s when they were giving away those free black basketballs. I probably won’t be back for a while.

I live in sibley. You wouldn’t think there would be such an extreme difference in the same chain of restaurant, but the difference between minden and Haughton is night and day. I have had to stop getting chicken at minden altogether because the place is so filthy. They never change the grease the chicken is cooked in and the chicken tastes rancid and is nearly always been cooked so long it’s nearly inedible. I make the drive all the way to Haughton now. Church’s in minden has been this bad for many years. I would love to know how there can be such an enormous difference between stores.
