This is a really good Church’s. The food is great and is provided fast. I found the staff though not quite so friendly. They seemed distracted and I had to get their attention a number of times while making my order. Initially they said they had spicy chicken and the back confirmed… But then it wasn’t available. Maybe it was the stranger behavior of the staff, but I was left with the impression that they really had it but didn’t want to cook it. I was very uncomfortable and unhappy with my most recent visit but I’m assuming it was a bad day there?

Went there twice today. Both times it was an issue and couldn’t get what I wanted. Second time I waited in drive thru for over 30 minutes, finally able to order and told a 15 minute wait . All I wanted 3 pieces of spicy chicken.

It was really good. I received my food quickly while going through the drive through on my lunch break at work. The food was better then I expected and that I remembered it being. They even gave me one extra chicken tender in my number four combo that was supposed to only be four tenders but was five instead. It was reasonably priced companies to chicken extra which be taxing you on everything. All in all I am very pleased and Churches Chicken is now my go to fast food Fried Chicken.

I usually don’t have a problem with this place, but on this particular day when I went to the drive thru, I waited for about five minutes at the ordering station, and noone came on the speaker to take my order. There were a couple of workers outside the restaurant, but I was never acknowledged, so I just drove off. It was just a wasted trip.

I waited at the board to order and said hello repeatedly. Finally I pulled around to the window and someone slowly came over to take my order. No apologies or anything. The wait in the drive thru was a ridiculous 35minutes! The food was pretty good but overshadowed by the poor customer service. KFC is better anyway.

Churches pretty much like the other chicken places around they’re all pretty much the same every now and you’ll find one that’s exceptional the food just takes a little bit better than somewhere else I must admit their rice is over the top really great in The Omelette or if you want to pack it in bell peppers you cannot beat it that’s all for now

I got an apple pie and a strawberry pie but could not even taste the pie for the grease. The grease was old. It was over powering the taste of the pie. I did not even eat the whole pie and never touched the apple pie. Also they have the worst customer service I have ever seen.
