My experience at this Church’s was not great at all. When I was placing my order, the rep was duplicated one item, added an extra of another and it was two of us ordering, yet she kept asking if we were paying separate after repeating we were paying together. The experience was slightly redeemed by the senior rep who stepped on to work on our order and even then she only gave us part of our order when they called us up. We almost left and forgot to give us our cups. Once we made it home, the mashed potatoes seemed to be several days old, the fries felt bland and soggy, and the chicken strips were not flavorful at all. With the tagline “Flavor: it’s our passion” – I expected more. It has been a while since I’ve been at a Church’s and I think it’ll be a long time until I give them another shot. Definitely won’t be downloading their app. Wouldn’t recommend.

I called customer care when leaving the property, and I requested the store owner or general manager to contact me. I have not received a call yet. I was the only car in line at 7:16p and was told there was a 20-minute wait. I proceed to order as my family was hungry and was tired of traveling all day. Staff was not empathetic and did not offer me a gratuity item for the inconvenience. I CHOSE to spend my money at this establishment. There was no one but me in line or inside. When returned to drive through, I asked for a complimentary beverage or biscuits for the 20 min wait. Manager informed, “We cannot do that.” With my personal 15+ years in three Hospitality industry, I was extremely disappointed.

The young lady taking my order was friendly. I ordered food for my mother and I. They were out of several drinks. It took 15 minutes waiting at the window for our food. My order was wrong when I got home. Thankfully, my moms order was good. I ordered the original tenders and was given spicy instead. My food which included fries, were hard. I do believe they REFRIED my food. I’ve tried to call the number listed on the receipt only to find out the phone is disconnected. If I could give zero stars I would don’t even bother with this place they say they open until 10 but you cone through the drive thru at 8 pm and they are closed or they have no food this place can never get it together… don’t waste your time here your better driving further out to another location!!!

Unprofessional terrible customer service I ordered to dine in for 3 ppl a 10 piece chicken legs and thighs with a pepper pack they didn’t give me a single napkin or ketchup or basket when I ask them for some it’s like I’m asking for an arm or leg or something lol when ask for ketchup they would give me 3 packs and like three napkins had to ask like three times to get more lol and they told me they were out of paper basket and wouldn’t give me a small box so we had no tray or paper basket to eat it was a mess lol this place is the worst place I’ve ever been to in my entire life lol if I could give them zero I would.
