I ordered spicy chicken yet they 5old me it would be 15 minutes for spicy so I skipped. While I was waiting for my food in the lobby two customers went through drive-thru where they were served way before I was. In fact they were served first and then they dropped my fries and poppers afterwards in the fryer this is wrong. It took me 15 minutes to get my food. Not good

Purchased the Seafood deal for $5.00. The shrimp n tenders is one, butterfly shrimp is another and The third is a fish. The shrimp deals are suppose to have 8 shrimp,they only put 5 in each order, I also ordered some bombers, which I paid for and they forgot. I had to remind him to give me my third BOX of food. I came all the way from Tiki Island,spent $21.,I am 75 years old on fixed income and always liked this place but will not be back.

Horrible experience! Do not come here! We went inside assuming service would be timely and professional like any other church’s… We were wrong! After standing there ready to order for a little over 5 minutes someone finally offered to take our order… We ordered two meals with fries 1 ranch and 2 white gravies and two sweet teas. After 15 minutes of waiting for our food a young man asked if we were eating here or togo. We decided togo since we had to leave soon. After 20 minutes MORE minutes I walked up to the counter and asked when my food will be ready. The young man then said you never got your food? I said obviously or I would not ask! I then looked behind him and saw our food… I told him my food better not be cold. He then said yes Mam’ and put the same food in the fryer to ‘Heat it up’ I then asked if I could have my two sweet teas refilled. He said yes so I went and grabbed my cups… When I returned he then said I need to finish packing someone’s food and I’ll be right with you. I got upset because she arrived 15 minutes after we did and I had yet to receive my own food! After waiting for him to finish I FINALLY received refills and sat down again without my food! He finally waved at me to give me my food and I asked can I have napkins 2 white gravies and 1 ranch please… He asks me confusingly do you want mashed potatoes? I said no I ordered fries for both meals. I looked in my bag and only noticed 1 white gravy with no napkins or ranch. I then asked for my other white gravy and 1 ranch and napkins. He said ‘you wanted two white gravies?’ At this point I was very upset but remained polite. I saw him place many things in my bag and felt sure he for my order right… as I checked my bag in my car I had overcooked food, bad white gravy, no ranch but instead two tarter sauces, and two orders of mashed potatoes that I had told him I did not order nor want! I understand people have bad days but they werent even busy! And to top it all off one of the employees children was coloring at one of their tables waiting for her mother to get off… What kind of establishment is this?! This place gives church’s everywhere a VERY bad name! I usually don’t complain but this experience was just too horrible to let slide! Save your money and eat elsewhere!

I tried the spicy chicken and it was overcooked and dry. The coleslaw was bland and the drink refill was 54 cents. The mashed potatoes were as bad as the rest of the meal. I will stay with popeyes chicken it’s a lot better

I live about 2 miles from this location. But each time I go there, I swear I won’t return! Last visit, we ordered chicken, and were told they were out! None fried and no spicy chicken until monday! A chicken business with no chicken? Then we waited for 20 minutes for them to fry chicken breasts! When we received our order, the they sat down and ate too! In the past, I have went there at 6:30 pm, and the drive thru is open, but customers are locked out! Don’t dare get an order to go, because it won’t be what you ordered when you get home! I CAN say that I was relieved that I no longer have to put up with LOUD mexican music any longer! And they actually speak English now! The staff do not care whether they have business or not!! I drive to Texas City or Alvin if I want Church’s, the one 2 miles from my house needs a complete make-over in employees: education, attitude, rules, open hours, and supervision! At this time. . . it is disgusting!!

I waited 10 minutes just for the cashier to finish her cell phone call just to be told they had no chicken ready… are u f**king kidding me!? Not to mention the last two visits took longer than 25 minutes just to feed one person and when i got my food it was still frozen on the inside, this has to be the worst restraunt in america… Why is this place even open?
