So I ordered food from this restaurant tonight Uber Eats I’ve had the driver to deliver my food multiple times without an issue so when she delivered my food tonight somebody was eating one of the biscuits and put it back in the box also took a bite out of a chicken breast and put it in the Box none of my boxes were sealed like they’re supposed to been contact Uber so let him know the quality could you get from Church’s Chicken I will post it all over the Internet media platforms so people in Orangeburg don’t catch a disease from somebody else taking a bite out of your food and placing it back in the box all this was done at the restaurant it was not done by the driver that delivered it I like I said I’ve had her. To deliver a lot of orders for me and I’ve never had a problem with her service she’s been above and beyond for quality of service best you can. You can clearly see in these photos that somebody is taking bites off of a biscuit and a piece of chicken and this is how it was delivered to me I know for a fact it’s not a delivery person because she is delivered multiple deliveries to my house and this is the first time that I’ve ever had a problem

This is a staple for this town. The restaurant has been here for years. The staff is friendly and the service is really good. The chicken is always fried perfectly and the new smokehouse chicken is delicious. The jalapeño cheese poppers are a bit spicy but they’re not too bad.

I just can’t do it anymore. The wait time is unacceptable, hence the 1 star. They really need to hire sufficient staff to run this place. They lose a lot of customers because of the wait time. The food is good but you have to cancel your plans for the rest of the day to get it.

New staff and management are NOT customer friendly. They are slow, not courteous, and seem to care about nothing. BRING BACK THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO CURRENT. THEY CARED AND APPRECIATED THE CUSTOMER.On an average day, 5 out of 8 customers at drive thru leave due to slow order and processing time. GET DECENT SPEAKERS AT DRIVE THRU PLEASE..

I ordered a 2 pc combo with jalapeño bombers for the side they told me to pull up and I waited 20 mins and then pulled around to the window they watched me waive at the window and ignored me while o waited on my food it’s now 8:14 i didn’t get my food until 8:26. They didn’t come back until the food was done the manager was on her cellphone with someone the whole time.

Poor service. We arrived about 3:40pm. Got out the car in the pouring rain and the doors were locked. They told us to go through the drive thru window. Got back in the car and had to wait for another 20 min for them to even yak our order. When I placed my order they said they didn’t have any whit meat or Spicy chicken. From the time we got there we were the ONLY customers and there were 6 employees working there. They had plenty of time to cook what I asked for. I live in Texas, just visiting my mom but the service was terrible.

Man some seriously crunchy but moist and juicy chicken. It lacked a little bit in flavor, felt like a kick up in seasoning would have been worth another star. Kind of run down but the folks were friendly, the meal was budget friendly though. The biscuits were a little odd, on the small side like donut holes and slathered with honey…,.hmmm, not sure about that!

I have been here trying to pick up doordash orders and the girl locked the door and hid until her boss came in. Other customers were trying to get service and they could see the girl hiding. Need to fire that girl and get some people that actually want to do their job.
