The young lady wasn’t pleasant the second time around. I ordered extra crispy fries and she said, “we don’t have extra crispy fries!” Said, with an unhappy attitude. Now, the first time I ordered the extra crispy fries and got it Hot! I ordered a Arnold Palmer and described the drink to her and she said I know what it is.

Burnt fried okra, chicken tenders 3/4 the way cooked, forgot my BBQ sauce. If it wasn’t for the honey butter biscuit my meal would be a total loss. Ordered a 5 peice tender meal, 3 are going in the trash because they’re just too gross to eat. Run far from this place ☠

Omg where do I begin. Let’s start with the rude very unprofessional manager in training we will call her big bird first she didn’t answer the speaker when I pulled up on the drive through so I went to the window because the lobby was closed she refused to take me order telling me I must go back through the line I refused I asked for a manager over her she walked away from the window refusing to assist I then asked for corporate number still refused finally a real manager came took my order and brought it out to me the manager in training was still speaking with no respect the chicken tasted like it was fried in old grease the biscuit was oilly and cold this restaurant is horrible food attitude and customer service

Long time to wait in line with only 2 cars ahead. Nearly 25 minutes. Food was bland but moist so it wasn’t a total loss. The potatoes and gravy came with nearly no gravy.
