The chicken I purchased was so dried out. I actually bought two boxes and they both were dry, like they were sitting there all day. And to add injury to insult, they don’t answer the phone. I see why lol . I wouldn’t either cuz you don’t know who’s on other end of it it selling food like that

I went to order at the drive through. While ordering, they were out of the drink requested, 3 sides, all spicy chicken. I struggled though and got an order in with what was available. Then I get to the window and they tell me it’s a 30 minute wait for white meat and the smokehouse sandwich. This is 6:30 in a Monday. Completely ridiculous.

This is rare. My mother in law was craving chicken so we stopped they were polite and worked well with a mic that we struggled to hear on. The order was hot and correct. For Church’s rare but this was my first time eating at this one and they were on point.

Don’t eat here, they don’t have nothing! No biscuit, no poppers , no biscuits, no drink. They charge you full price for what they don’t have. Oh and no hot sauce or Churros then they serve you burnt chicken with cold fries. Don’t waste your time.

I had a very awful experience!!never order this of Uber .The food was cold ,stale ,tasteless and should’ve been thrown out !!!Even the presentation of the food was awful.we ordered a 15 piece tender meal and it arrived with small sides instead of a family size!!!! The biscuit was so hard(I’m not kidding!!)I could crack a window with it!!!!it is wrong to give people something you would never eat!!!!!!!!!!I did call reported it and receive a full refund.and I will NEVER eat from there again!!!!!!!!!

The chicken was fresh. But y’all the biscuit was drenched in butter. Like they poured the whole thing of butter in it. Damn. Can we call them high cholesterol biscuits. How about not butter the biscuits and just give ppl packets to put on themselves. Because they always over do it
