Absolutely terrible. I’ve waited for an hour in drive thru. Only to get told their system is down by cars in front of me pulling away. Just tear this place down. The ghetto doesn’t deserve any franchises around here. This place is ridiculous.

When I pulled into their drive-thru, I saw a sign saying the call-box was not working. I assumed it would take a while to gety order and be gone. I was wrong. The staff seemed to operate very efficiently, and they moved cars through the driveway much faster than I would have expected, with customers having to order at the window. The staff was also attentive and pleasant. They did a great job.

Ordered fried okra and it was burnt. Got some biscuits too and they were great however went back 2 days later for a few more biscuits and they were nasty. The employees do not respect their job or their customers apparently.

Everytime I go….the food is delicious. They make the best biscuits and are always warm, soft and delicious. The staff is very nice with no attitude. They are always willing to accommodate my request. The manager does a great job and the male with the dreads is soo sweet! I wish this location much success. God bless and protect the workers and the business.

This place is full of folks that just wanna show up to get a check. No customer service skills at all. My chicken tasted more like flour than chicken. 6 people were “so called” working and they have the nerve to close the inside. Just throw the whole place away. Throw the workers away with it!

Because I observed that there were older people working at this locations. And believe me when I got home with my order everything was cooked immaculately. Well seasoned. My fried okra was not dried out, Mac&Cheese and my chicken was so delicious they did and amazing job. Will return there in the near future…
