First of all, I paid for corn and they didn’t out it in my bag, mashed potatoes tasted awful and when I tried to go on their feedback page they don’t have a restaurant locator number on the recipe to leave feedback for that restaurant, I went to the one in Fort valley, GA. I attempted to call the phone number and it goes directly to a voice-mail that has no space to leave a message and the chicken tasted way to greasy. Highly disappointed and I can’t even call the restaurant to complain because the answering service has no space smh.

My 1st visit was a good one , But on return the moral was that of a return line at Walmart after Christmas not very welcoming and was almost not worth doing an online survey for because of the diss-organized situation and how customers were spoken to and treated due to not having enough cash and change in the tills to make change for purchases . I almost just left .

I ordered the Holidays Meal Deal Thing. I didn’t get my 5 honey butter biscuits or my jalapeños. I tried calling but the number online does not work, so there is no way to contact them. I live 25 minutes away. I can’t just drive back on a whim to get them. I would’ve liked to talked to someone on the phone so I could make sure I get them next time I’m there. Great food but Im annoyed.

I stopped by early this Saturday around 12:30 while out running errands. I ordered a three piece with okra and couldn’t eat any of it because there was an awful, bitter taste of burnt grease or something. It was completely inedible and left a bad taste in your mouth. I ended up throwing it all away. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Church’s Chicken.
