I waited outside for my food for over 30 minutes and had to go inside to pick it up. When I got the food home, half of my sides were missing and there was plastic all in my Mac and cheese. We eat here often and have never had such bad service as we did today. We will just go somewhere else next time

The store had to many flies. The man on the drive through pants were sagging off his butt he kept pulling them up while preparing customer’s food without washing his hands. I don’t want to see a person’s underwear when buying my food. They didn’t have hair nets on or gloves. My chicken wasn’t hot. I was very disappointed.

We decided to go to church’s and go have a picnic. Drive thru line was long but moved very fast. We got our chicken and went on. We got to park and we realized that the large side we ordered was only 1/2 spoon full in a cup with lid. The peach tea we ordered was awful. We threw the tea away. It was hot with no ice. The chicken and biscuits was good. We paid $2.79 for 1/2 spoon full of Cajun rice. Other thing was we received no napkins after we ask for them.

I visited from out of town expecting to get the flavor of a lifetime. I was sadly disappointed. The flavor and seasonings has changed. The food was hot, but it was not good. I ordered the 3 piece classic, and there was nothing classic about. The service was good, though. Only option was drive through and there was a long wait.

I really don’t want to do this, but it has to be done. I don’t know if people are oblivious to it, or does stagnated chicken from a bacteria infested restaurant prove that Humans can adapt to ANY environment? If I was the owner, I would immediately call the fire Marshall and ask how many hazards am I in violation of, and after that I would definitely contact the Health Department. The Church’s in Albany, Georgia NEEDS to be CONDEMNED! Do Not allow worker’s compensation to be addressed by any of the employees. Neither should unemployment be an option. Maybe, their next job will be where there is W-A-T-E-R.

Usually when I go here it’s good but this time I was very disappointed. My meal went from 6.99 and total ended up being $14 I understand there’s to be an upcharge for upsizing, only way I see it jumping like that is if they charged me for my 2pc meal then added my sides as extra orders, and not just upsizing my sides, my biscuit looks like it’s over saturated and un appetizing. I’m on my lunch break and didn’t have time to go in and get it fixed. Hoping they do better next time, this was just an overall disappointment.

Everytime I go to Churches at 9:15 or 9:30, they NEVER have any chicken. It seem like since they close at 10 they shut the kitchen down.
