Dined in. Food was good and people were nice. The restaurant is disgusting inside. Floors were dirty, which was ironic because they had the floor cleaning supplies sitting next to the garbage can which was also unattended. Maybe the men’s restroom was the worst. It was filthy with a huge hole in the wall. Also the soap dispenser was empty and broken with no alternative soap. I would be scared to see the kitchen.

Had a $3.99 coupon for 3-piece meal, was told to park and wait for 6 minutes til chicken is done. 15mins had passed and I went inside. The cashier clocked out and didnt even mention i was outside. Love church’s but won’t be coming back here. Have you pull over then 3 cars go thru drive thru while you wait. Noticed receipt said wrong thing so I went inside to ask about it and just ignored me. Finally asked can i ask something before you pack my food. Response was this ain’t your food and went back to ignoring me. Wouldn’t be surprised if busy but only one other customer.

I had a awful experience at churches in plant city Florida my service from jump start was very poor it took me 25 minutes to get my food and when I got it it was Cold so I had to go to a doctor’s appointment once my appointment was done I went back up to churches to return the food just wanted My money back the same employee was still there and when I told me I wasn’t getting my money back I was like really and she told me she don’t remember me now mind you I had just left there and she was the one that served me so I asked for the corporate number and her and a little short Red Head Man told me that they don’t have a corporate number and I told them every Big company has a corporate number but they refused to so I kindly put the food on the counter and I told both of them this is not the last time I Will be getting a corporate number when I return to Lakeland Florida and I did I talked to a very nice young lady in corporate and as I was explaining my experience she was just listening but the problem was solved after I explained to her I got a check in the mail from corporate thanks churches corporate for listening to me.

Biscuit is so much better than the other chicken place! (I don’t actually go to either for the chicken) However, my 8 pc butterfly shrimp has constantly actually been a 7 pc the last 3 times! Lesson learned, I will now hold up the line so I can open my box and actually count each shrimp, since they apparently cannot. LOL
