I will start with… The manager, Ms. Kathy, at this location is one of the most pleasant and calm managers I’ve ever seen anywhere. When I went in to pick up my mobile order, I observed how she interacted with her team as well as customers and she was awesome. I was genuinely impressed and inspired by her graceful demeanor. She was attentive and seemed to really want everyone to be pleased…. now, the rest of the experience was interesting. But it’s my hometown so I’m used to it. Lol. Overall, the staff appeared to be trying their best and for that I give them kudos. Expect to need patience but my food was hot and my order was correct.

They were extremely short handed 2 female employees and that’s it. Drive through line out in the street had to wait in the drive through for almost 40 minutes before getting our food. After we got to the window we were told they had no condiments just chicken. A almost 40 minute wait for chicken with no condiments.

Disappointing experience that feeds the stereotypes about fast food workers. Was just there around 2 PM on a Saturday. Lots of staff inside of the restaurant, and I could see that they had lots of product cooked and under the lights that could’ve been served, but they were not taking any orders at the drive-through, and the doors were locked so that you couldn’t even go inside to place an order. Yet they all stood there and watched customers come through the drive-through and try to open the doors. Didn’t bother to put up any signage or even try to come to the door to let patrons know what was going on to cause them not to take customers’ orders. As I was driving off, I saw a man emerge from behind the dumpster and go to the drive-through window, which was promptly open as he stood there and have a conversation with an employee. This place is a dump.

Their chicken has no flavor anymore. This location is acts like it’s own chicken place, definitely not the Church’s that I grew up with. The service is horrible and slow. If you place a Doordash order here then you may as well forget it bc you probably won’t get it bc the employees refuse to do the orders. If you are a delivery driver for Doordash and you are picking up an order here at this location the employees act like they don’t do Doordash. I know this to be a fact bc I have been the one who placed the order before as well as a driver picking up from here. I don’t even bother even trying either one anymore
