Worst service ever. I didnt expect alot from Church’s to begin with but this was worse than expected. I walked in and waited 8 minutes for a rude woman, who appeared to be in a leadership role, to turn around and yell at me drive thru and when I asked was she talking to me she yelled again drive thru and turned around. If you are doing drive thru only why is the door opened yo let customers in and no sign stating that. I will take my business down the street to Popeyes

Manager is very rude and yells at her staff in front of customers ..I ask manager for condiments and she stated that she could only give us 4 hot sauces for a family Pack I explained to her I spent 40$ on my order and felt like I deserve more for what I spent ..Manager is very trashy

The whole ghetto. I would not recommend. When I arrived, an employee wearing food service gloves was standing outside with a box of chicken, eating out of it while talking to someone sitting in their car in the parking lot. She went right back inside and started working without changing gloves. Gross!!! I started an order in the app which allows a modification of their special but when I get to the window, this very rude woman said “we don’t do that and we ain’t doing it” and wouldn’t process my order. Why is something on the website that you can’t order? I don’t know if the website creator is incompetent or just the workers. Either way, I’ll eat a rock and sh%@ a brick before I go back to this place.
