After 15min in the drive through I appreciated still getting the macaroni since they’ve run out of containers but I thought it was my drink ♀️ They always say check your order but I saw 2 sandwiches a drink and thought the macaroni was under them oh well. No soda but I didn’t need it anyway and she didnt charge. I get home there’s no bacon on the sandwich but a lot of mayo and one was no mayo. Maybe the bacon was supposed to be bacon pieces but that’s missing too. I call back the young lady says just come back but come in and bring the sandwiches okay. I get there and they take my sandwiches out and put bacon on them. Mam why did you need my sandwiches when you could have just given me bacon if that’s what you were going to do. This is the thinnest bacon ever. What I got versus what I thought I was getting. Last pic is from the churches website.

The food was great but the customer service skills were below average. She’s talking to staff while waiting on customer, never turning her drive thru mic off. Therefore u here constant yelling. She messed up the order by missing an item but that’s due to her doing too many things at once. Everybody can’t multitask. However the food was extremely fresh.

On Saturday May 14,2022 @ 5:00 p.m I ordered for my family and I. Peppers & Corn was included. Hadn’t been there in a while so i figured let’s give it another try. Once again I’m dissatisfied. First of all the lady at the drive thru ( no good greeting )was already sounding / talking low like she didn’t want to be there. My total came out to be $34 something. After 15mins i finally made it to the window. (I think she was sitting in a chair at the drive thru.)I retrieved my food an processed on. My daughter noticed our corn and peppers weren’t in the bag. We turned around (due to the pandemic the public can’t go inside the building the doors are locked) so here we go waiting again. Made it to the window told her what was missing. She returned an says we’re out of peppers and corn would you like more chicken. No i said i would like my $$ back for the corn and peppers. She says well we can’t give refunds here. I’m like even tho i feel you should’ve told me this before charging me.

That lil girl working drive through attitude horrible . My order was wrong and I handed it back to her she gone look at me with an attitude and say what then when she realized my order was wrong she said oh . Get some employees with better attitudes. I have to deal with people everyday at my job yelling and getting smart with me but I do not get an attitude back ! Didn’t remember my order, gave me the wrong order, and had the nerve to get an attitude with me! I just left it’s 12:13 p.m January 2,2022 .

Normally I don’t go to drive thru but because dining room was closed…went to the drive thru… ordered food was given cold chicken…when I say cold I mean cold…was told I’d be given fresh chicken only to be given the same chicken refried…requested refund…never again…oh then there’s no white meat and there are very few selections of sides to choose from and it’s cash only

Always great…Food is hot, fresh out of the grease…service is fast, friendly, and they give us the feeling that they really appreciate our business. They have very little turnover in employees, which tells me their employees enjoy their work. The girl who takes care of us is a short white girl with short dark hair. She has the sweetest voice, and she always calls us “love” or “darling”.
