Ordered food here for the first time. Upon delivery, tea was hot, large sides are definitely pathetic if they are actually large, only got 3 biscuits when I was supposed to get 4, and my wife’s jalapeño poppers were nowhere to be found. Best of all, you can’t even call to get customer service since the phone only rings once and then disconnects. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There is a Zaxby’s right down the road.

They need to put someone at the drive through window that can hear the orders that’s being given! I ordered 2 Texas chicken combo meals, 3 piece chicken tender meal and two small orders of fried okra. When I get to the window, she gave me all snack boxes! I didn’t have any fries, okra or any drinks! When I asked the employee said she didn’t hear that and I would have to pay for those items! She has lost her mind! When what I had ordered was showing on the receipt! The manager came and had the nerve to say that her employee was right and that she didn’t hear me, so I showed her the receipt and she still wanted me to pay extra even while looking at the receipt! She finally gave me my items, but I’ll never go back to this establishment again. If I could have gave it a half a star, I would have.

Sat in the drive thru for an hour, my Grama tried to order at the speaker but she told us to drive up to order, normally I wouldn’t mind but we were getting a 16 piece mixed, with sides. At the window they were being back and forth with us about pricing and what food we were getting, then told us we’d have to wait for food, then told us they had enough food, then came back and said it would be another 15 mins. The girl at the window was smug as hell and clearly wanted to just give us a refund and was being petty, very unprofessional. I don’t normally write reviews but when you only have a couple chicken places in Ozark we need to know not to waste our time. This was horrible.

I moved to Ozark 4 and a half years ago. Probably about once a year, I get brave enough to give churches another try. Every single time I’ve gone there, I ended up with at least a half hour wait in the drive through. I have even sat at the menu board for well over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence or took my order. Their food is actually pretty good, but I think the service is a nightmare. In my opinion, it’s the worst restaurant in Ozark. It’s also the worst churches I’ve ever been to. It seems they are always short staffed and running behind on orders, and I believe this has been going on way longer than the pandemic so I don’t think they can blamed it on that. I would go there more often if they could get these issues fixed, but as it is, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This is by far the worst church’s chicken I have ever been to. First of all, it takes 10-15 minutes for them to acknowledge you in the drive thru. Secondly, once you finally make it to the window, you can see the employees moving at the speed of sloth. No joking or exaggerating. I saw my food sitting there waiting but the guy just wouldn’t hand it to me. The customer service is awful here.
