$20 for small tenders a over cooked and left out chicken sandwich I returned my sandwich and overheard them say there was nothing wrong with it and half full mash potatoes cold biscuits, and not so friendly attitude,not even a slight amount of joy no have a great day poor customer service and the sandwich I got back covered in way too much mayonnaise.

Order chicken Togo spent over $50 dollars for chicken and biscuits order through drive thru and they told us to pull around and wait as if they was dropping fresh chicken I don’t live in the Andalusia area so I love the chicken there when I first started going there now it makes the second time and it wasn’t good because the chicken seem as though it was dropped back in the grease to keep from frying more and we waited outside for over 30 minutes the only thing was hot and fresh was the biscuits and the fries we went back and ordered not going back to this churches chicken in Andalusia Alabama again it may not mean anything to you but I work food industry so to taste chicken and it was hard in some areas just nasty taste nasty

I must say I am very disappointed. I have been wanting church’s chicken for a minute and where I live we no longer have it. So when I come to Andalusia I get excited. I tried this particular restaurant and was disappointed 2 times. The first time I thought because we got here later and it was about to close, that’s the reason it wasn’t really good and their oven was broke so no biscuits…..keep in mind that was 2 years ago. Fast forward to Friday. We gets to the restaurant at a great time. No biscuits because the oven was broke……we had to wait for the chicken because they had to drop some fresh because of the order. Which was fine. The chicken was BLAND and it did not taste like the signature church’s chicken taste. It was HORRIBLE. We had gotten the spicy rice and it was mushy, the peppers were too soft, it barely kept its shape as a pepper. When it hit your mouth it just dissolve. The 1/2 gallon of tea and 1/2 gallon of hi ci fruit punch, the ketchup, hot sauce and believe it or not the rolls were the only thing that was good. I am so upset with this restaurant. The customer service was outstanding and the worker were so friendly. They just got to get their chicken some FLAVOR. THATS IT THATS ALL

Secret menu item!! Order the COB (“chik-o-breast sandwich”). It’s not on the menu but is absolutely the best sandwich ever. Order extra sauce (a creamy jalapeño mustard). I could not recommend this more.

Ok so God’s bless me because I’m like 99% certain the food over here could make someone vomit over how bad it is. Like seriously! The chicken was cold as ice, the cashiers were so rude and whenever we asked to have something remade they decided to give us a LOT of Mayo on a sandwich (may not seem like much but seriously? Almost covered in it.), mashed potatoes were only half full and tasted horrible and were cold, and to top it all of the actual place itself would have looked better if it were the inside of a garbage can. Overall? 1/5 stars.

Chicken was under cooked. Chickobreast sandwich is no longer available. They said that it was, they put chicken fingers on a bun. Not the same. Very disappointed. Will not be going back.
