Went through drive thru and was told that it would take 10 minutes for my order, but it took more than 20 minutes. The people behind me even gave up and drove away whole waiting. At least the food was fresh.

We arrived when they first opened to ensure we would receive hot food. The cashier had on a hair bonnet and was making a personal phone call using her air pod earpiece. The restaurant was clean but could definitely use a touch-up. Anywho..the food was hot, but it tasted like it had been fried in old grease. Never mind the 2-hour drive to get there.. next time, we’ll just save our money for McDonald’s.

I loved how while my and I waited for our food these three young ladies talked with us offered us apple pie while we waited and the best part of all I loved how they was cleaning as they went along wiping down and sweeping it was the best service I’ve had at any church’s chicken they we’re very clean neat and professional and curious to my dad and I they worked together as a TEAM!! If I’m ever in Alabama again I will definitely be stopping by again great service Ladies

Just left and got home with our food. The poppers were warm still but had been overcooked until there was absolutely no cheese so it was completely hollow. The classic c o.b. the bun was fresh but the tenders were dry and you could tell not fresh at all. Bad experience. Day shift much better

Never again.. VERY rude and didn’t pay attention to my order.. got mad when I said it was wrong and slammed the drive thru window on me. Still didn’t get what I paid for..AND THERES HAIR IN IT!!!

Ordered the COB. It only had a little bit of sauce and 3 chicken straps. After waiting in the drive-thru for a long while I was disappointed to get home and find that the Chicken-of-breast sandwich was not as I planned it. What can be expected these days

First of all the cashier come to the window with all them piercings in her lips and face that’s no way to serve food I asked for a large mashed potato they gave he 3 small cups that barley had anything in them and charged me $4 then when I ask for corporate number she sais we don’t have one bc she knew I was bout to make a complaint
