The employees know they are damaging the business when they treat customers bad and all it takes is one to influence the better acting people. I’ve watched them shut down 2 other locations because people didn’t write reviews to let the owner know it was going on or the owner ignored the bad reviews. I really have missed the other ones that use to be close to my house so I don’t want this one closed down too.

I sat at the drive through for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Finally just drove through and caught up with the car in front of me sitting at the window. Sat for another ten minutes. Finally drove off. This leads me to believe they are super short staffed. The majority of places that are short staffed is due to not offering a living wage. Raise the price of your food and pass it on to your workers, I would rather pay more for my food than not have any at all. Wake Up America!!!

Texas amorphous chicken was burned. Took it back, and they offered more burned chicken. The chicken was so small and tough. It was a lot better last year. This is basically the only time of year that we eat from churches because of the smokehouse chicken
