On cottage hill rd sat this churches.. Went thru the drive thru.. Wasn’t my favorite experience.. The lady taking my order asked us to pull up to window right as we pulled up.. We had never been before and hadn’t had time to look at menu.. So we told her we had to drive back thru. Seemed a little tired or maybe was just having a bad day..I don’t know.. Going to try again. Everyone has bad days and the chicken was ok. However the Mac and cheese was worth it all.. So because of that they’ll get a 2nd chance..

I’ve been trying to get my food for 4 days. I ordered online just to show up and have the store be closed during business hours and every single time I try to call the store or customer service no one answers. They lock the doors even when they’re ACTUALLY open so good luck going inside anyway and they’re basically out of 40% of their menu no matter when you go. I just want my money back or my food but they’re actively avoiding customers so I doubt that’ll happen.

This place have the worst service we waited 40 mins just to order when we made it to the window she asked me what I want to drink I said sweet tea she said they are out of sweet tea I said give me unsweet teashe said they don’t have no tea I told her to give me the Strawberry Sprite she said the stuff is in the back do I want anything else I said just give me the Sprite I thought she gave me water because it was go flat no ice in it and it tastes like it been sitting there for a hour and the food taste old I will never go back to this run down Church’s Chicken again

The guy working at the drive thru never greeted me just held his hand out and asked what was your order. He then giving my change back from a $20 bill told me they had no pennies. So I DID NOT GET MY FULL CHANGE BACK. I can promise you that Church’s Fried Chicken has way more money than I do. If asked I could have given the correct change.

I’ve been to this location may of times before. Never had a bad experience until this evening. First they hardly any chicken tenders for my order so the person at the window decided for me to downgrade my order. Fine because I did not feel like going somewhere else for my food. But after paying I realized my drink had 0 ice. I asked if they had any ice. I was told no that they had none. One how do you run an establishment without any ice for drinks? That’s completely horrible. Secondly I shouldn’t have been charged full price for my order when it wasn’t complete. This location needs to get it together. Also educate the staff on being up front about what they do and don’t have because then I could’ve elected to have gone somewhere else with ice available

I just ordered a combo and my drink came with no ice, they told me they didn’t have any so I was like whatever. But to make matters worse the soda was FLAT and my chicken flour on it was not cooked so the way. Go to hell
