First of all, thank you Jovon B for an amazing service! This young man was running the whole place together on his own! (There were 2 additional employees at the time) Taking orders through drive thru and lobby, frying, serving and taking payments. Rare to find so much commitment and good attitude when you are just overwhelmed with duties.

The people that run this place do not care. I went by on Monday & they were out of chicken pieces – only had tenders and sandwiches. Went there yesterday & dine in was closed, so went through drive- thru. Was told to pull up & had to wait 20 minutes. When my order came out, I checked it & found a side missing, then had to produce the receipt (which was wrong) to get my side. I like their chicken, but won’t go back b/c of the service.

The Bourbon black pepper Smokehouse chicken is to die for … very juicy and seasoned perfectly…. the service was kind of slow and we did end up waiting 30 mins for it when we were told 13 mins… but the guy who was taking the order was very nice and gave good customer service… and the food was very good so overall it was good experience…

The worst service I have ever! Arrived at the drive-thru at about 5:30 one of the co-workers was standing outside on her phone, the whole time (~10-15 minutes) she was outside on the phone no one took any orders in the Drive-Thru. By the time I got to the speaker in order to place my order; I sat there no one said anything then a guy comes out the back door at 6:12 and said we’re closed…we close at 6…

Restaurant doors locked out drive thru only. Ordered a 3pc snack with an extra piece (spicy all thighs) got a 3 piece with 2 legs, crust too hard to eat, meat dry, 1 breast (don’t eat white meat) that had the same issue, extremely dry and all pieces were real brown on the first layer with meat, which shows the chicken had been sitting under lights for a long time. Other order was correct. Charged over $24. The only good thing was the biscuits, although they were old and cold. Will NEVER go back, Bojangles or Popeyes from now only (although 95% of the time Popeyes gives regular instead of spicy.
