Just horrible service from the young man at the counter. His attitude towards me was both sullen and angry. He even over- changed me, added items to my order that I did not order. When I asked him to remove those items, he walked away from the counter, eventually returning to after talking to another person in the back. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Pulled up before I can let the window down the lady asked for my order. So I let the window down she asked again this time to the top of her lungs like I am deaf. So I said I heard you the first time ma’am and proceeded with my order. No one said anything else. Pulled to the window sat there about 5 mins for them to tell me to drive back around. I think not. Visit drive through today which is 6/14 at 4:10 . At a fast food place customer service should be top tier. If a person is paying their hard earn money please be sure to greet and talk to them properly . The person on the mic rushed me to order with an attitude. I was asking her to repeat what she had just said about the special and she acted as if I offended her. After asking her 3xs , I told her it’s okay ma’am and drove off. She was very rude and unprofessional.

I ordered a 3 piece dark meal today. At the window I asked if I could add a thigh. He added it and charged me for it. On my break tonight at work to warm up my food and discovered that I didn’t get the thigh that I was charged for. No spoon for my rice and no straw for my drink. I am very displeased to put it lightly. I took for granted that I had what I asked for. I guess it’s my fault that I didn’t check my order smh….

I’m from San Antonio Tx, the home of the original Church’s Chicken, and this one by far is the absolute worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The cashier was extremely rude, and she deliberately delayed the order because I said that she had a poor attitude. I’m going to make it my personal mission to make sure that no one comes to this location again!!!!!
