Staff is rude. Food is ALWAYS cold and tastes old. They never have anything made and then tell you to wait. The drive theough is ridiculously small and you almost scratch your car/truck everytime. Save your money and go elsewhere.

My okra was fried to perfection today, and those honey butter biscuits never disappoint. Only drawback is that the drive-thru speaker wasn’t working, so I had to order at the window which took longer. But the good, hot food was worth the wait.

Horrible!! Sign says ” lobby open” door was locked. Why is it that they don’t fry spicy after 1230? I’ve gone there several times and have been told ” no sir we’re not frying anymore today. ” how? How is it that you stop frying spicy so early in the day? I have to drive to Jackson to get my chicken ( I only eat ⛪ spicy). This is a travesty. Just poor customer service at its worst.

AT 2:30 I ordered a15 piece tender and a 20 piece dark from the churches app online Sunday June 19 . Ordered was suppose to have been ready at 2:51 when I arrived at Churches 1320 Clay street in Vicksburg was told by one of the employees that they only had 2 people working and that the didn’t not have any tenders and they could not fill my order I ask for them to refund my money for the order to my card and was told by the lady who said she was the team leader that they could not . They have the worst service and attitude ever . I would not ever refer that place to anyone. The whole time the lady speaking with a attitude. So I called this afternoon 06/20/2022 and spoke to another employee who also stated she was a team leader and her attitude and what she said after asking a manager about refund was just as worst . I am contacting their District office . Its the worst place ever

Church’s did not have biscuits. They substituted the biscuit for a jalapeno pepper. Not everyone eats hot items. I don’t. The substitution should have been something that everyone can eat or give customers a discount. The three women were not wearing caps, visors or hair nets. They were not customer friendly. And, you could only drive thru.
