I tried the Bourbon Black Pepper Smokehouse meal. 1/2 chicken w/mashed potatoes and medium drink. Don’t expect the chicken to be large. I would consider this for one adult. The taste was a little sweet with a little spicy touch. The entire portion was tender. The breast was just a little tough, just a tad. They are cooking both dark and white at the same time. Nevertheless I would purchase again. Cost a little more than 3 piece meal.

Great customer service. But ….My food wasn’t cooked all the way. My okra was a light green color and my chicken was l light brown color. Wasn’t cooked long enough. I actually felt better B4 I ate they food . This like my 2nd time out of 4x I been to churches since I been in Mississippi. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat there. The first time. They double fried my spicy chicken. Like it had been sitting out to long and they dropped it back in the grease to make it seem fresh. My chicken was hard as bricks. I just live to far to come back and return my food. Or that’s what I would of done.

Was hardly customers there, the store was dirty. I could not use the highchair or booster filthy and sticky. Even though there were barely any customers it 30 minutes for Anyone to get their orsee. They completely forgot about my father in law’s order and he had to wait even longer.

Church’s has always been my favorite chicken place because of how your wings were cut, with part of the breast attached. This order of wings were individual ones like the other chicken places. Very disappointed and will no longer go there.

I had been to this location a few years earlier and it was a pleasant experience. Today was a big disappointment. The facility was not clean at all. The tables were dirty, all except one which we sat at. The floors needed sweeping and mopping. The windows were dirty and streaked. I used the bathroom. Needless to say it wasn’t very clean either. There was no toilet paper I had to use paper towels. It left me wondering if anybody ever came in to inspect this place. I ordered fried okra, they gave it to me in a bag. I went back and asked for a bowl to eat it out of. I was told they did not have any . I was given a chicken box to eat out of. To their credit the okra was good. I won’t be going back to this restaurant again. Its just so hard for me to believe that they are allowed to serve food in such an unclean atmosphere.

I use to love purchasing Churches Chicken. I drive from Mandeville, usually, to this location, because the chicken is fresh and the staff is, usually, very pleasant. However, today Wednesday September 7, 2022 at 8:15 PM, I placed a $35 order via drive thru and Iyesha, was extremely rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and talk down to us, the consumers, while the manager did not correct her! She needs to be retrained on people skills or fired!!! I had to get a refund, because I did not trust her bringing our food to the car!!! Churches Chicken, do better or you will lose valuable customers!!!
