The past 3 times I have went to churches chicken on Main Street have been awful. They keep giving out hard old chicken that hurts my teethe. Like dam I spent 11.00 and couldn’t eat that hard as chicken. Plus it wasn’t even hot like why serve the public cold as hard chicken and then think it’s ok with the customer. I’m here to say it’s not ok and I work hard for my dam money so I expect to get fresh hot chicken if I’m spending my money with you

So we are ready to get some good Ole chicken. First they tell us its gonna be a 35 minute wait. Ok that’s fine. We would like 4wings 4 legs. We only cooking thighs and legs. Well can we get 8 legs. No you can’t have it like that. I’m trying to figure out why you can’t order what you want. And pay for it. I’m not calling the GM. Going all the way to the top with this. It’s no one’s fault you work here. Clearly you need to work. But they standing in the window eating good. Sad shame. I had to put a star to post. I wouldn’t give them that.

The food be good, but the behavior unprofessional at times. Only a few have great customer service skills. I stayed at the window a long time to find out they didn’t know I was there allegedly. Since COVID a lot of restaurants do not care how they address you or treat you. Management seems to allow the behavior, so who can you talk too? Corporate won’t do nothing, because the majority of the ppl there been there for years, but the attitudes of the employees have not changed. The only thing to do is accept the behavior or stop going…. Sad but true
