We were on our way to Florida and needed to stop and eat. Not many options in this part of the country. The chicken was alright. It looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The service was extremely slow. The seating area was pretty small too.

The food was delicious! I got everything I ordered and it was very good! I went through the drive-thru and ordered food, so they told me to pull around to the front and they’d take my food out. My food never came, despite 3-4 people going inside and getting food before me. After speaking with the manager, who was extremely nice and friendly, I finally got the food. The food was delicious though!

Why does this location even exist to serve any human being? Horrible and slow customer service. Didn’t know how to make any chicken. All the chicken was dry and tasteless and hard as a rock. The woman that was taking the orders Did it have any enthusiasm whatsoever and acted like she hated her job. She was moving in slow motion. Didn’t have any sauces. Had to go next door and buy $7 bottle of ranch dressing for our chicken and just the overall attitude and cleanliness of the place sucked. It’s a 30 minutes to get our food.

I didn’t actually eat at Church’s Chicken, but I did take a napkin to wipe off the top of the energy drink I bought at the gas station connected next door. The bathroom line was way too long, but Church’s stepped up for me big time. Good napkin, durable and absorbent. Here’s a picture of the Rockstar. Nice and clean.

The lady at the register with the braided hair and eyeglasses, was NOT FRIENDLY at all. I will not be back no time soon. Then on top of that, she was making the chicken sandwich in slow motion. That’s how slow she was working. May I add, they were out of chicken tenders and then she said they were frozen. I mean can you all thaw out the tenders because I was definitely ready to eat. I also witnessed her being rude with other customers. At this point, just clock out and go straight to some type of customer service training classes. I repeat I will not be back!!!!!!!!!

The only reason it’s not five stars, is that service is a little slow. However, the food is always hot and the staff is always friendly. Just plan on it taking a few extra minutes to get through the drive thru.
