I love the chicken there’s no doubt they have a great product. But there is a serious issue with customer service the last two times I’ve visited have just been terrible. Understaffed the people that were there were new there’s only seem to be one person out of a crew of four that had any clue at all what was going on it’s a shame.

The entire taste profile has changed since I last visited. The chicken was very hard and tasteless. No offense towards the management or cook. It is a corporate change in recipe and chicken. The okra and biscuit were okay. My overall satisfaction was very low-1. Just disappointed. I wish I would have known it changed. I would have not wasted my money. No thanks.

I love churches chicken and I’ve been going to this location for the past 15 years. Service and food has always been pretty good but today I experienced something totally different. First off they was out of shrimp, honey mustard, hot sauce and mashed potatoes. Ok i know things happen but Anyway I ordered two 5 piece chicken tender dinners ..they put them all in one box even though it was supposed to be two separate dinners…no big deal but when we got home there was only 8 tenders instead of 10. Not only did we not get all of our tenders we had to finish cooking them cuz they were so soft smh oh and to top it off they didn’t even give us our biscuits …churches you can do so much better smh

You know, this is my favorite chicken place honestly. 3 times we have ordered on door dash and it has been cancelled, or today our dasher gets there and ‘they have nothing for our order’ must not have chicken I guess!! Annoying

There was a gorgeous Red headed woman working I think she was the manager. She was really friendly and hard-working she didn’t stop moving and made sure that she greeted everybody with a smile. Definitely somewhere that I would like to go eat just to see her maybe buy her a drink one night
