This was a last min decision and I have a huge family. They were to close in one hour and I ordered a 32pc. Not only were they not upset my food was super fresh! I will be back for my chicken!! Thank you! That manager that worked was all over the kitchen keeping it running smoothly as the line was long! She was the bomb!! This was the evening of May,15,2023! Shout out to that manager!!

This location is literally the worst I’ve ever been to in my entire life and I’ve lived in 3 different states. I’ve never visited a location that opens in the middle of the afternoon on any day, never has any chicken or sides available and staff with the worst, ghetto attitudes I’ve ever experienced. I should really consider opening up a Church’s franchise and putting it on a better part of town because this one is absolute trash! The owner should really be ashamed of themselves. They do nothing for this location. No investing in making it look nicer or stocking up on more food selections. Absolutely nothing! It’s run down, they barely keep stock and the employees are horrible. Basically come to work when they feel like it. Geezus christ! The most pathetic business I’ve ever witnessed. I’ve tried to come here 4 times since living in Belleville. Each time, IT’S THE SAME THING! Just close down already!

The Great Satan
I think I reviewed this place before but it’s letting me do it again. This is my third stop at this location because I know I’ve had Church’s Chicken a very long time ago and loved it. But the last two times I came here I hated it and I was aggravated by my experience. But something has changed. It’s probably been at least 8 months since I’ve been here cuz I keep hoping that it’s going to be great again.

Had to wait an hour for a 3 piece dark and a shrimp meal. Place was super crowded. Lots of orders ordered online had things slowed down. Only one fryer going. 3 employees working. So when chicken would come out of the fryer, it was used to fill the online orders. Then in house orders got filled. Now out of chicken. Load the fryer again. Finally got to the counter. No spicy chicken. So 1 hour, got the chicken. Have to say it was delish. The shrimp box not so much. Might have to re-think this next time.

I think this is the worst chicken that I’ve ever eaten. Very dry. No taste or seasoning. I almost choked on a biscuit. I bought a family meal. None of my kids were interested either. They were not busy and helped me right away. They were friendly as well but I will not go back.

Chicken was good and fresh & staff was nice they ran out of spicy at dinner time at about 4:30 but my 3 stars is cause the mac & cheese was terrible over cooked noodles almost the texture of mashed potatoes
