Like KFC but more southern and spicy options. Loved the jalapeno poppers and jalapeno ranch. Biscuits were one of a kind too! Staff was super quick to fill our order. They have an interesting tea machine as well. One of the most amazing buns I have ever had on a chicken sandwich too!

I ordered an original 12 piece mixed box of chicken. This was a family meal on Doordash. It came with 2 large sides & 4 biscuits. My sides were both fried okra. The chicken wings are by far the biggest wings I’ve had. Chicken was fresh & juicy! Okra was PERFECT as well. Good quantity & quality for 2 large sides. Biscuits?!? Wowwww! Honey glazed, soft, & scrumptious. 3 jalapenos to add some to my chicken. ALL GOOD!

Bought twelve piece mix. Got home, eight pieces of chicken. I went in and ordered. I Evan asked ‘twelve pieces’ when it was handed to me. Not the first time something like this has happen here. Food great, employees friendly but they cannot get the order right. Beware.

Horrible Customer Service, first time I have ever had to call to talk to a manager or make a bad review. Lady who took my order was very rude and acted like she couldn’t care less. I asked for honey mustard and was told to ask at the window. I get to the window and the lady says nothing and just holds her hand out for the card, I then ask for napkins and honey mustard and she looks at me and says nothing. After she gives me my food and card back I realized I didn’t have napkins or sauce and said ma’m three times getting louder each time. But she was too busy having her back turned to the window talking to a co-worker so when I arrived at home I called and asked to speak to a manager. The lady who took my order was on the phone and once again and when I asked she kind of annoyedly said yeah. I could hear her ask someone “This guy wants to speak with a manager” and someone said “I don’t want to speak to him, tell him there’s not a manager here right now. And when she came back and told me there was no manager I said let me speak to who ever is in charge and a lady answered with a horrible attitude and I could tell the conversation was going No-Where so I just hung up and made this review. I’ve worked in fast food and know how some days are bad but this was awful customer service.

My son and myself went on a whim since we both like Church’s chicken. The small restaurant area was dirty, out of a few drinks and several food items and sauces. The manager or supervisor was super friendly, apologetic and knowledgeable. Our Chicken t sers and dirty rice was still !
