We drove 20 miles to go to this Church’s Chicken because the Church’s Chicken in Olathe Kansas wouldn’t fry our chicken fresh. We didn’t want chicken that was on the line already. Once we arrived at this Church’s Chicken we asked for the Grande meal. It consists of 16 piece dark OR 8 strips & 8piece dark, we chose 16 pieces. We got our order & we received 8 pieces dark & 8 strips. We told them we asked for 16 pieces they said they don’t do that. Won’t be going back to this Church’s. The Hispanics need to realize this is America not Mexico & African Americans love chicken. We know how Church’s Chicken taste the chicken was not seasoned, the spicy chicken was not spicy I thought the redness was from the pepper guess it was paprika. I wouldn’t recommend this Church’s.

Family life hack; there’s a bar with live outdoor music across the street. They have no dining room but several outdoor tables on a tree’d lawn with well maintained umbrellas. You can listen to live music and eat with your kids. No hassles. The staff is very obliging.

Ordered a 3 piece tender with fries and an additional side of macaroni and cheese, as well as some honey mustard sauce. However I received 3 pieces of chicken, 10 fries, a soggy roll, honey bbq sauce and creamy jalapeño sauce. Me being deaf I would normally understand one or two mistakes, but this is beyond ridiculous, if you can’t do the job ask someone else to do it. Horrible location. I will gladly drive an additional 20 minutes to get the food I ordered in KC than this area.

Not an exaggeration to say this is the worst food service I’ve ever encountered in my life. Tons of workers visibly d*cking around and chatting it up in the back (YOU CAN HEAR THEM OVER THE SPEAKER IN THE DRIVE THRU) while I waited over a combined 30 minutes for two chicken sandwiches. Food is cheap but it ain’t worth those lil $2 you’re saving trust me just go to another chicken joint.

$41 for 4 breast, and 8 wings, with 2 sides of potatoes and gravy, and 4 biscuits. This was the 1st time visiting this establishment as we were craving fried chicken. We opted for the original, and it was terrible. No flavor what so ever. Tasted like flour on the skin. Will never go back.

Chicken was semi ok. Mash potatoes had been in the Styrofoam for so long it had hard ridges around it and the sweet tea was soured. Probably one of the worse meals ever from a churches. I just got out of hospital after 5 days and couldnt wait to eat. Such a disappointment

Their drive-thru menu advertised a special, so I decided that was the best deal for the money. Employee stated they were no longer running that promotion, and I asked why it was still on the menu and was given a lame excuse about not having new signage. I ordered chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy, and mac n cheese. They said it would take 5 minutes for the chicken. I had to pull to the side to wait for my order. Over 10 minutes later, my order was brought to my car. The employee stated they didn’t have enough chicken tenders, so they gave me additional chicken (thighs…I’m not a dark meat fan). He also stated they were out of mac n cheese and substituted what I thought he said was fries and added he gave me two orders due to the problems. When I get to the house and unpacked everything, I realize he said “rice,” not “fries.” Quite honestly, their rice is disgusting. Employees should NOT make substitution decisions for the customer.
