Went through drive-thru, ordered 3 piece chicken strip meal with fried okra, a biscuit, & small side of mashed potatoes. The food was trash. They was no flavor what so ever in the chicken, like just plain fried chicken. The mashed potatoes even tasted bland, like instant potatoes with instant gravy or something. Disappointed I wasted my money but the okra was ok. Lol that’s all I ate

Made a big order with my coworkers last night. Not a single mistake, everything was there!!! Hot and fresh. Rayven was at the window with a friendly smile for us. The crew inside appeared to be happy. Myself and my coworkers were all fat and happy after this tasty hot meal. We’ll do this again in two weeks!!! Thank you to everyone working at this location when our meals were prepared!!!

Walk in and the entire staff is just standing in the lobby joking around. Stood at the counter for a few minutes before anyone even came around to take my order. They had toake my food fresh, yet there was a mountain of chicken sitting in the warmers in the front.

My family went for lunch and I was shocked they didn’t have kid meals. So I ordered 2 chicken strip meals and a chicken fried steak to share. 20 minutes went by and several other customers came and went. We still were waiting. Then employees started setting down to eat their lunches and I inquired about our order I was told that it was being made fresh. Strange,cause no body was in the kitchen!! Another 5 minutes and i told them to just give me my money back. About then they got some of my food ready but the chicken fried steak went out through drive-thru about the time I discovered it was the wrong order so the employees pulled it back and gave it to us!

Just came through drive thru for an 8 pc mixed meal. I payed extra for ” mixed” but received all dark meat. I know the difference between thighs and breasts. For the distance and price I paid I will not likely be returning anytime soon. Otherwise, food was fresh and service was good .

Terrible old food! Dry chicken that is cooked in abundance then put under a heat lamp. Old fries and okra that are stale and disgusting. I don’t think this place will be in business for long. Flat out gross! Good luck getting your order correct.

Figured I’d give this place a try. The young man at the service window was very nice. I just wish that my order would have been spicy chicken like I asked instead of original. Nothing like getting back to the office and having the wrong lunch. Was still good. Make sure you check your box before you drive off.

Went to the new church’s 1 hour before close on west and central and I wasn’t happy with the chicken being heat lamp burnt. ordered a LG fry that I could count the fries on one hand they were skimpy, I would guess to keep from having to make more before close, the woman who seemed to be in charge wouldn’t look at me while I was complaining about the fries and asking for a refund! Do these people get any training on being COURTEOUS to its customers and not act like they only have a third grade education.

I have been trying to call the restaurant multiple times to address my large side that was missing from my meal and then one phone number got blocked (The message says that they are not answering calls at this time but then I called from another number and it rang) after they would not answer.

It was horrible. Looks like Church’s has rebranded which may also mean they have changed their recipes, none of us ate it, it was trash. Too bad. I also was charged for an entire meal that I didn’t order. It was not good in anyway.
