Horrible service had waited in line for 25 minutes. For two pieces of chicken, okra and sweet tea. People in from of me kept handing their drink cups back, wasn’t sure why until it was time for me to get my order. Once, I got my drink it was not filled to the top as usual, when I asked if they could please fill my cup as usual , I got a reply saying, no, this is how the machine fills it., but it was sweet tea from which you manually pour from the spout of the container.

It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten Churches Chicken and now I remembered why!! This was the worst chicken I have ever had! It tasted like it had been refried! The crust was hard. And if it wasn’t for the peppers I purchased with it, there would be no flavor! DO NOT GET THE SPICY RICE! MUSHY! That was horrible. The mash potatoes had no taste. I must say the best thing in our meal were the biscuits and the peppers! It was also costly for fast food chicken!

Sometimes I wonder how would fast food workers react if they experienced what they do to others? How can GROWN PEOPLE ACT WORSE THAN KIDS. I ordered a two piece with a side of fries and fried okra, I repeated myself twice, the second time the person taking my order responded with an attitude and they still forgot my okra. When I drove up, no one said hi or anything, after some time a lady walked up and then a guy handed me my drink and food, still haven’t said anything, he took my card, gave it back to me still said nothing to me, even after I said thank you twice, while I was about to ask for a receipt he turned around and the window closed. This is my first time at church’s since I lived in Texas at that experience was strange to me. The chicken was extremely soggy and full of fat. The fries were okay. Just a waste of money, extremely disappointed. DO BETTER

I was given the wrong side, burned chicken and soggy chicken all in the same box. I was out done when I opened the order. I called management and Tara told me that was not true and hung up. I went to the store to return the order and she then proceeded to say she never hung up. Good thing I have it recorded. She then proceeded to say the chicken was not burned it was cooked in oil that was too hot. Which means what if your chicken taste like burned oil? Church’s in Louisiana has definitely declined in their process for management, hiring and standards on food. If you visit stores in Texas it is a totally different experience. The management team as a whole should reevaluate their processes from the top if this is how they are allowed operate on a store level.

Stopped by Church’s after leaving Walmart for a quick bite bc I realized I hadn’t eaten all day. Got home, unloaded the car and jumped in the shower. Went to the kitchen to crisp my chicken and fries up and what do u discover 6 measly fries in my small fry order that I requested. Highly disappointed! Every time I visit they never have spicy chicken and I don’t understand how when it’s only 1:30pm. The customer service is horrible and to say they have remodeled and rebranded it’s still the same. Back to Popeyes I go. I’m a foodie and not hard to please but come on now !
