If I place an online order for 11:00am, I expect the food to be ready for me to walk in and WALK OUT. Not have to sit there for 30 minutes while you fully cook every single thing I ordered for 11am. I get you don’t want the food to be cold, but if I’m not there ON TIME, that is ON ME. The kitchen is in complete disarray with 4 workers who don’t have one lick of coordination. You have 10 menu items, have them ready for your patrons.

Order my food 12pcs mash potatoes and biscuits. The lady at the front didn’t even greet me they where very rude. Then after paying 31 dollars they gave me rolls not biscuits which I paid for. The inside of this place is disgusting. When I got home the chicken was raw I wasted 30 dollars…. please do not eat here its a lawsuit waiting to happen someone needs to call the health department all around the most horrific place to eat at

Me and my family went to church’s last night ordered the 16 piece family meal asked for half spicy and half not spicy and we waited 30 minutes for the spicy chicken to cook and still received regular chicken I think it was because we are white this is the fifth time this has happened to us in the last two months we get home and this time the chicken even tasted old this is the way I see it if I pay you 45 dollars for a meal I want a good meal not BS FOOD I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE I WILL BE EATING POPEYES CHICKEN FROM NOW ON .THANKS
