Service is always slow with no sense of urgency always out of something and very little respect for customers or for each other. When an employee tells a customer ( I don’t care, if you don’t like it go somewhere else ) these people don’t realize CUSTOMERS is what makes their checks.

I really don’t know what it is but the service from individuals at the various businesses seem very lazy. My sister and me went to Wal-Mart and had to assist ourselves in picking out the correct battery according to the battery look-up device supplied in the auto area. The sales clerk stood there had conversations with co-workers until I actually stepped in. Then she still looked at us like we were in the wrong and DID NOT assist us. Now I’m at Church’s and I swear the clerk was so slow at taking my order. I felt as if my order was being taken by a slof.. I asked her was she tied or something. She was taken a break after each sentence. WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON WITH TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE????

Well, my 75 year elderly mother had a Dr appointment today and always has to have Churches Chicken to take back home. We ordered the 12 pc mixed $35 it was delicious… the customer service was remarkable.. there was a male customer the inside lobby talking loud to the gentleman behind the counter but, he apologized the young man said your the customer you don’t owe me an apology I said yes he does so except it ! There inside lobby and outside could use a major facelift. I didn’t take pictures but, all were cooked to order and my mommy enjoyed her wings, slaw and wings honey biscuit. . Thank you…

After waiting 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich, it was not worth it. Employees with attitudes. Supplies not where they needed to be. I will never go there again. I’ll just stick to Popeye’s chicken sandwiches. Way better. And definitely better customer service.

The serves was confusing. I didn’t get a receipt until after my order was made. No honey or other condominiums. Wasn’t told when you buy the special it doesn’t come with a biscuit. The food taste bland. Was very sad after my experience. Smh

I love Church’s! The food is so good. But there’s always something strange going on in there. I went in today and there was a change shortage so you had to have exact change or pay with a card. Or the time before that when they were out of thighs and I had to settle for more legs instead. Or the time before that when they were out of peppers. Or the time before that when the service was so slow that the line wrapped around the building. I always have to be anxious when I walk into church’s because I know something will always be weird. The food is good so I’ll probably go back but just a heads up for anyone else wanting to eat here. The food is nice but prepare for anything and have exact change or a card.
