Forgot to take photos of the food tonight but the flavor was excellent. Its has been years since we had Church’s so it was nice to see that the food is still pretty great. We were avid fans of Church’s before we moved to Arkansas from Florida so, needless to say, we were pretty excited when we heard they were putting one in locally.

We have eaten churches before but the grease tonight had a weird after taste. Chicken was warm but not crispy it was hard and I hate to agree no flavor. Could it be a time of day thing? 14.99 for six pieces of chicken. Mashed potatoes were not good… they taste like those in a box… best thing was the okra. I guess they were fried in different grease but don’t let them get cold. Unfortunately this was my first and last visit… shameful!

Bourbon black pepper smokehouse chicken is finger licking deliciousness. This location is close to home and the service was outstanding. The drinks were crisp. If I just HAD to complain, I’d say add more honey to those fluffy biscuits. . However, I’ll just convince myself I saved some calories.

Waste of money. $12 for 5 tenders, the smallest side of okra, over baked honey butter bisect and med drink. The online ordering let’s you choose 2 sides for the same price but that is not an option in the store. When I asked why at the store they stated their store computer is set up different from the online portal. Which is likely due to them wanting to make a larger profit on each order. I understand needing to make money on a new store but at least make the one side an appropriate size.

Save your money and sanity. Go somewhere else! Rude! I placed my order and was told they did not have the spicy chicken ready. Told her I would wait (I have waited 6-10 minutes in the past here for fresh, hot chicken so that was ok.) Waited in the drive thru, paid for my order and was told to park. No problem. After 20 minutes with other vehicles coming and going, I still did not have my order. You can’t tell me that in 20 minutes NO ONE ELSE ordered spicy chicken. I went inside and she boxing someone else’s order. I asked how much longer they thought it would be and was very rudly told that she asked me if I could wait. I informed her that I was never told the wait would exceed 20 minutes. She hurriedly threw my order in the boxes and slid it across the counter to me and walked away. No apology or even a word. I could have just went to any of the 3 chicken restaurants down the road…… next time I WILL!!!

Everytime I’ve gone to this location there has been a problem. I drove pass two other locations before stopping here since the others were closed. I pull to the drive thru…….nothing. I pull around to the window they looked but never came over. I parked and go to the front door. I guess it was the manager making her second trip back to her vehicle to sit and rest. She finally get out of her vehicle and says we closed . I was like you are closed its after opening hours and the beginning of your lunch rush. She states there is no food cooked. I sure hope the owners get a hold of this location. I will just make the drive from Benton to the SWLR or Daisy Bates locations.

Church’s chicken is, in my opinion, the absolute best chicken available. Tried the chicken fried steak today and it was amazing. The sides also are very good. Restaurant was very clean. Geared more for drive thru as there are only 3 or 4 tables.
