I mean, what can you do? There aren’t many restaurants on this side of town. The city isn’t investing in this community…that being said, if you don’t have somewhere you need to be This is your joint. They took forever to get the orders completed ahead of me. Their saving grace is the chicken was immaculate. Crispy, fresh-n-hot, and juicy. I asked for hot sauce, but they were out. The cashier offered me some powder packet. Warning- If you’re eating in your vehicle because you’re running late from waiting in line, don’t accidentally inhale this stuff. Had me coughing and eyes watering

Always love me some Church’s chicken and obviously everyone else does as well. Service has something to work on though only took 45 Minutes to get thru the Drive Thru to get my Food. Than when they came out to hand it out they almost gave it away to a Random car. All that to say..Church’s you know your busy every day at Dinner get the people in there to take care of your Customers.

They never have hot sauce so they claim just left there right now and the man with the headset might be night shift manager said they out but at the window the young lady told us she would put some in our bag because they had to park us…… last time they had no biscuits to go with the feast meals and I asked what’s the replacement the lady said nothing either you want it or you don’t. I was like dang so rude. Do better with your employees that actually take pride in providing for the customers. Rude customer service is bad for business.

Terrible, I now understand why so many Churches Chicken closed. You can’t hardly turn in the drivethrough, Mac and cheese was halfway full and salty. Chicken is greasy and salty. I called customer service and like most business in the USA the calls are routed out of the country and no offer to replace the items are offered. They lost my business.

With every Church’s it’s either hit or miss as far as the chicken goes. Today it was a decent hit. That’s all I got so I’m basing this review on that. They had to bring my chicken out to my car cuz they were making a fresh batch so overall the service was excellent. My only real complaint is the tiny size of their parking lot and drive thru area. Just way too congested around dinner time. But most Church’s I’ve seen are like that so it is what it is.
