How is this place still open? I have never seen this level of I don’t care and poor customer service. The location is dirty from top to bottom, and it’s not one-day dirt; it’s I haven’t cleaned in Month dirt. If I could give them a negative score, I would. I don’t blame the associates. Two young men are working hard and trying to fill the orders, but the management is terrible.

I went into this establishment yesterday around one pm and the woman working drive through(NOT WORKING FRONT END REGISTER)went past the person in front of me and asked me what I wanted to order. I told her a spicy chicken sandwich and she told me abruptly and rudely that they didn’t have that. I started looking at the menu again and she stared daggers at me until I told her I needed a minute. She acted like she couldn’t hear me, so I had to repeat that I needed a minute four times- I knew at this point she was being difficult and actively trying to make me feel unwelcomed. It was extremely crowded in their small space for customers and everyone was just staring at me, you could cut the tension with a knife. I wonder why? I ended up leaving because I’m a trucker and the only convenient thing to eat while driving is a sandwich. I won’t be coming back, which I’m sure she will be thrilled by. I will also be contacting corporate for the complete unprofessional behavior.

My youngest son loves this place! I wish the dining room was open but the chicken is always hot and fresh even when the line is long and short staffed they still do a good job. I’ve only had one bad experience out of all the years coming here and that’s not horrible. Normally the have your order right and they are courteous from management to the staff and down tk earth. So I do recommend the drive through at this location!

This is one of the most run down cities I have seen or been through (having traveled 29/50 US states so far). Got my order wrong, which of course wasn’t discovered until fifteen minutes down the road. BUT, we made it out of West Memphis, Arkansas alive…. So it gets a star.

I ordered the Smokehouse Half Chicken per the cashier’s greeting. The cashier, Stephanie W. was polite while taking my order. After I approached the drive-thru window to collect my order, I only had a 20.00 bill. The cashier asked if I had anything less, I replied, “no”. She then took on another personality – she was so rude. She handed me my change – a quarter dropped while she handed me my money. She didn’t apologize nor did she say thank you – come again. She just gave me my order and went on to the next customer.

Service in the inside is so Slow and only 3 people can be inside. The girl working in the inside is slower than Christmas. If you want better Service Don’t go inside. I waited 15 minutes on the outside and still no Service while 2 people were in the inside. I used the drive through and got Great Service and the 2 people inside was still waiting when I left.

The chicken was good but the service was awful. They wouldn’t let anyone in, made every one go through the drive through then wouldn’t talk through the speaker. We had to go to the window and they still got the order wrong.

Girl Named Destiny took my order. Her customer service was good. All of our food was fresh. She handled the entire front counter all by herself (cooking and all) and she did amazing!
