Rated this experience a one because the drive-thru woman was extremely rude wish I would have gotten her name but she did not say it or could I see it because someone else came to the window that was friendly the person in front of us drove away should have gave us a clue not to even bother but we did and tolerated the way she spoke to us when we asked her questions about the menu and so on.

Horrible place! the boss man didn’t get his name but just went in to yell at the workers instead of actually being helpful (not the first time I and many other regulars have witnessed this poor excuse of a man) lil ol’ manager is a straight weirdo the last GM they had she was fantastic and they change workers almost every week, which just screams BAD MANAGEMENT but there is this lovely lady in the morning who works drive thru she can be a little harsh but she’s amazing! But overall don’t waste your time at this place. Unless you want to be disappointed with wait time and food quality.

I came through the drive thru and my food was old, I got freshly hot tea. And the customer service in the drive through and front counter were non existent. I asked for a refund and she Barcela the Mangt, grabbed the food off the counter looked through it and took it in the back( which is so weird being there is covid) she was beyond rude in the drive-thru and the front counter, the other employees were standing around looking lost. She returned from the back with balled up money a dollar and a five no receipt. I asked for a copy she stated she needed the receipt. She was really rude and I just wanted a refund because I wasn’t satisfied with my service.

Let me just start by saying this franchise is my favorite chicken place. But since there are few locations I stop @ this one on Lincoln Blvd alot when I have appointments in the area. Especially around lunch time. Even tho they can be a bit busy, they are always quick, friendly, get your order right, & bestow upon me the most delicious, freshly fried, juicy, chicken ever!

Service here is hit or miss and the food is just okay. Last time I was here, I had to repeat my order like five different times because the cashier just didn’t understand. And they were out of like my first three choices. Even when they have food, there’s a good chance it’s just been sitting under the heating lamp for a couple hours. Would not recommend, unless you’re truly desperate for fried chicken.
