I walk in and there’s 2 people trying to take out the trash, (I didn’t know this was a 2 person job) then I’m waiting in line, the place smells bad, floor is dirty and sticky, the cashier doesn’t know how to take orders and modify them. Which is fine if you’re new, but if you’re new why aren’t you being trained by another member of your staff and learning on your own. I walked out after she told the couple in front of me their total and then said to them “wait a second. This isn’t right”. Let’s get a manager in here who knows how to keep a store clean and employees trained at a bare minimum. My first visit to a church’s in 2 years. Maybe I’ll give it 2 more before I try again.

I would not recommend eating here! The chicken was dried up, dark and super greasy. When I asked to have fresh chicken made, the manager said she would not re-cook it because it would come out the same way. I told her I have eaten church’s chicken for years and it doesn’t come out that way. She replied, in her 2 years of employment there, it always has. I got a refund and went somewhere else. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!

I went there because they change the sign to texas chicken. So I thought they were under new management. I haven’t been to churches chicken in years. So I stopped and the chicken was delicious,… It short lived. Because the next three times that I have gone back the chicken was disgusting . It might have been Texas chicken when it first opened, but it is old, overcooked ,underseason, Oklahoma chicken.

Very rude. Didn’t receive what I ordered. Then I tried to get it fixed was told that I had to call a 1 800 number or wait for a manager to come back and she didn’t have no idea what time that would be.

I didn’t get no service, they had supposed to open at 11 am it was past 11 employees kept ignoring me, finally one of them came out and told me it would be a while before they would open because they were short handed because some of their employees had quit the night before; so I did not get to try their chicken.
