Order through the app thirty minutes before arrival and still Had to wait at least 20 minutes for chicken to cook. What’s Is the point in ordering through the app? If you still have to wait 20 to 30 minutes, For your food to finish cooking? And it’s hot outside so I got a drink. That was almost $3 for a while. I waited and was told if I needed a refill on my tea to come back up and I could get refills while I waited. And when I went to get a refill. The only refill I asked for they acted like. I was stupid and had already dispose of it when they knew there was a customer that just ordered that still there. Waiting after ordering through the app for the food. And they still had at least 45 minutes before closing. And none of them had any type of good customer service except for one guy Was nice Then someone they came in after me. Got their food away before me. And we were waiting on the same thing. The chicken to Finish cooking.

Sat in the parking lot for 20 mins waiting on our food while 8 different customers walked in and out with their food and 10 cars went through the drive through and left with no wait! Will be the last time we ever come here. So much for “fast food” when I can get my food quicker at a sit down restaurant. Incompetent employees that would rather talk with each other instead of their jobs! Pathetic!

This place is like walking into a bad comedy movie. First you’ve got the drive through window run by the most bored monotone person you have ever met. Then you have the people in the back, clearly nodding off from some sort of opiate. The order is never right the first time, or the 2nd, or the 3rd. And when it finally is, it’s over cooked or they tell you that they don’t have it. Anything that could possibly go wrong here, will go wrong here. It’s the worst location I’ve ever seen but somehow still has business. If this wasn’t a chain, I’d be convinced that I’m on a candid camera reality show or this was a front for something else.

As I do not live in the area, the management has given me a loss of hope for this restaurant. After a month of no response and having to travel 40+ minutes several times just for a refund or communication from management, I thought I would have been satisfied with the service. I would not recommend this location. The workers are amazing and try their best, but the management lacks and even with a new manager, I still have to make another trip for another mistake management has made. As polite as I can be, this location will disappoint you and will make it extremely hard to fix any mistake. Do not waste your time and money on this place, if you want to avoid mishaps.

Today was the 3rd time trying to give them my business first time no chicken, second time 30+ minute wait and today told luckily in the drive thru there was a minimum of 25min wait for any type of chicken….. Yes at a churches CHICKEN. Poor business and terrible service.

Flies galore. EVERY drink was disgusting. Given whole sadly looking chicken with clumps of hair on it. Was a hot, unsafe environment, instantly miserable. You guys are always out of something/s. Only food acceptable was the okra. First time in my life an establishment didn’t have ice in a machine! I absolutely ban Churches from my life effective immediately following my meal. Best biscuits ever!!! Nothing is worse for me than getting burnt or bad biscuits, but this one has GREAT BISCUITS AND PEOPLE!!!! Nice helpful employees, awesome honey butter biscuits and tasty chicken. I was impressed with the manager and employees more than the food. That is a nice change. Keep up the good work.
