Most noteworthy part of my meal was probably the mac and cheese. I find it pretty rare to find a fast food restaurant that actually has good Mac and cheese, and this place definitely achieved that. And of course the biscuits were also delicious. However, what really brings this review down is what should be the star of the meal, which is the chicken. While it was far from the worse I’ve had, it was equally as far from being great. It was quite dry. You could tell it had probably been sitting out for too long.

Robert G (name on receipt) and the older lady in plain clothes (8/24/2023) are extremely lacking in customer service. I was not greeted upon entering the establishment, nor was i assisted properly the young man just stared at me and looked at me up and down said absolutely nothing may have been the fact he was preoccupied attempting to tell the plain clothes lady what she was doing wrong and snarling behind her back, Left an older lady just standing there with the same treatment. The manager was busy but eventually assisted her. Food was delicious. Will NOT ever return.

Moved from out of state and have never been to Church’s. The smokehouse half chicken has a great flavor, with a crisp skin, and juicy meat. Also enjoyed the jalapeño bombs. Staff was courteous, floors were sticky tho. Total experience was positive, and I’d go again.

Worst experience ever at Church’s! I ordered 2 sides and got 3. When I took it back. I had Marcella argue with me about the order! Finally Frederick came over and helped me. Marcella still kept arguing about the order! I also wanted to give a big shout-out to Frederick for excellent customer service! When I left Marcella was still bossing employees around! And not very nicely!

After a delay taking my order, I waited 22 minutes in line before calling the store. I was told the cook was refusing to drop chicken fast enough. I was told it would be another 7 minutes. I left and drove to KFC where my order was filled promptly.

I never had a bad experience here until yesterday 6/3/2023 and I will never eat here again, I got a regular 3 pice combo and the box that the food was in was dirty, and I had black specks in my drink. I didn’t notice any of this until I ate my food when I took the entire box out of the bag, the box looked like it was stepped on and my drink tasted funny so I took the lid off and there was stuff floating in my drink but it was too late I already drunk 80% of it before I noticed, the chicken was definitely sitting out for a while too bc now I’ve been on the toilet all day with food poisoning. PLEASE open your drink and inspect before you start drinking!!!!! I will from now on

The workers did not offer utilsels or napkins. The expression on the worker’s face gave off a message. The employee did not want to be there. And did not care about the customer. This store sucks. I won’t visit this business again. I suggest you avoid this establishment.
