The food is always good and most of the employees are super sweet! However the manager(I believe )the short stumpy hispanic lady is always rude to customers. While she has never directly been rude to me I have seen on countless occasions just rude and nasty attitude coming from her towards others and today I spoke up. When a costumer asked for fresh chicken(VERY POLITELY ) she gave him chicken from the window and when he asked for fresh again (ALSO Polietly )she rolled her eyes started complaining to her employees and then had the audacity to aggressively almost throw the box at the man as she handed him his bag. Like I said everytime I see her she is always rude to somebody. While it may not be me I dont like that I work in a sports bar, it’s what comes with the food industry people will annoy you with requests and be rude but you need to hold your composure or find a job where you dont have to speak to others.

Only one car in front of me when I arrived. I got the #2 combo with fries. I got my order in a reasonable amount of time. When I got home, no fries. I tried to call, but no one answered and the voice-mail wasn’t set up to take calls. The chicken was good, but I can’t give above 3 stars when the order was wrong and unable to discuss the issue with anyone.

This location used to be the best out of all locations, but Churches is becoming a scam. Went here Sunday night and the texture was off on the chicken tenders, they also had no taste and were cold and dry. The leg and thigh were stale and tasted/smelled like they were a week old. Secondly I ordered the jalopeno cheese bombers but when I bit into them they had no cheese or jalopeno in it, it was just the crust. This is the second time this has happened at Churches. If they know they are running out of cheese or filling for the jalapeno bombers they need to let the customers know. I really hoped it was just the young cooks that were there that night. But they probably just reheated old chicken instead of cooking fresh. Either way, this will be my last time frequenting Churches at any location. Their is just no consistency anymore in the way they cook their food. It’s either too greasy, stale, cold or dry. Too bad, this was one of the best locations I used to enjoy.

You know what to expect from Church’s Chicken. It’s not the best, but it’s consistently sloppily, greasy good. I came in today to try the new chicken sandwich. Honestly, it’s now the best thing on the menu, but definitely not good enough to compete with the competition. The brioche bun has a slight honey taste on it, which you may or may not like. The staff here is really good, the French fries are TERRIBLY bad. It’s prolly gonna be another year and a half before I come back to a Church’s again.
