They’re great when it comes to Hot and fresh chicken no doubt about it. The chicken here is my favorite on the block always has been! Drive thru could be a little faster and Staff could use a course in manners alongside sanitation. The store needs a deep cleaning and Staff needs to stop drinking right there in drive thru in front of the customer then handling food no washing their hands…. Yuck! Also take a break and eat outside the cooking area everytime I come someone is eating chicken right there in drive thru window. But I love the chicken here no doubt about it so get it together guys you’re better than that!

This by far is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Churchs or any restaurant for that matter. The people working here are rude and the food is cold and bland. I can’t believe this place is still open. How does management not do anything about this. I won’t return and will be telling anyone I know to never go here.

The customer service is very lousy, the employee told me to wait a moment and she never answered me. I was waiting for more than 15 minutes for them to take my order and she never answered again by the speaker,I had to go to the Window to order my food The employee with a very bad attitude told me that they don’t have tenders and that they could not cook them for me because after 9pm they no longer cooked anything, If they no longer want to cook after 9, then why don’t they close at 9pm? The sign says they close at 10pm.

As I approached the dining room I noticed a gentleman by the name of John looked straight into my eyes and not once have the decency to inform me that the dining room was closed. Typically I never use the drive thru because I rather go inside and enjoy my food. However, I didn’t mind going this time but I had to guess and see if they were taking orders in the drive thru due to John not once let me know to do so. I’m not going to say this was the worst but definitely was not the best customer service. I truly hope this matter gets attention.

I almost went here for dinner because its close to the hotel im staying in.Lucky I did not.Ended up going with some other classmates to a steakhouse closer to the airport.Two classmates in the technical class I was attending ended up with food poison.When they returned the following day we all asked where did they eat.They replied “At churches chicken”.The teacher immediately replied with “Oh @#$% I would never eat there”.1st time they went to church in their life and got food poison!!
