I stopped by on my way to work and ordered a 3pc mixed, mashed potatoes with an extra wing. I asked for all wings and was charged an extra $1 for it. I waited 15 minutes for cold hard chicken. I had to turn around on the highway to get fresh chicken only to get there wait another 20 minutes to get fresh but fried hard chicken. This costed me $15. Not happy at all. This was the location in Terrell, Texas off Highway 34.

Why is my favorite Chicken place always in a shady area…. why can’t they build these next to a nice neighborhood…..aside from the shadiness- the chicken was good- but when is Church’s not good? Always brings back childhood Killeen,TX Army brat memories for me.

Terrible drive-thru. All I wanted was two chicken strips fries and a drink, and there were no other customers. Service took way too long. Food was overcooked.

Some of the food we ordered was missing and the doors were already locked well before 7pm so the only option that left us was to go back through the drive through which we opted NOT to do because it was very busy. Nobody answering phones at this Terrell location and then just a busy signal. My tenders were like chicken less just clumps of fried batter. Was support be spicy but wasn’t, I asked for mashed potatoes with brown gravy which I didn’t receive, I asked for side order of coleslaw didn’t get it and a large drink which was not large and my large order of poppers were missing. She basically my dinner was fried batter and white gravy.
