Chicken is hot and right out the fryer BUT please tell the staff that it’s okay to use seasoning on this chicken. Bland AF! And how you’d cook a thigh to taste so dry like it’s a breast is beyond me. Not even worth the money we spend.

Usually their food is pretty good and flavorful. On Friday, May 19th, they made some bad errors. 1) they did mot put the buscits that came with my family meal in my bag. 2) The chicken had no flavor (I ordered 10 piece spicy, but was told only 5 spicy drums & I’d get 5 regular thighs). The 5 regular thighs were ok even though I prefer spicy. But the 5 spicy drumsticks were disgusting. Had no flavor at all! 3) I ordered & paid for a family side of brown gravy…in my bag: NOTHING. They are usually pretty good so I wont give a 1 star.

Went to get the limited time once a year smoke house chicken at 9pm. I was told they’re not serving that menu option for the remainder of the night. When I asked the manager he told me with a straight face that it’d take 30 min to cook. Ive normally heard 15 min wait which is no problem but to tell me 30 min is a newest kind of I got a job that I don’t want to do if Ive heard any. Won’t be back.

I went to church’s today and of course they did not disappoint as always although I was behind these very rude lady’s in the drive thru who kept screaming at the young lady’s doing their job. Even so by the time it was my turn the young lady’s treated me with such respect and kindness! I will definitely be coming back!
