I purchase spicy chicken from this location today through the drive-through and had to return it. My chicken was dried out to the bone or burned on some of the pieces . I went to the window & show them the Chicken and ask if I could get some fresh chicken she wouldn’t give me any fresh chicken so when I asked to take a picture of it she snatched the chicken box away from the inside counter and said No. I then asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager. Also, I was told by her that she will not give me anymore chicken because it will not be your satisfaction so she gave me my money back. I will not be going back to this location.

The food looked good, smelled good, and tasted good. The cashier (young man) was rude when I asked him prior to receiving my order, “Were my two boxes filled with Wings?” I specifically ordered two of the three wing meals for $7.99, because they were a special offer. Normally I would get the three piece dark special for $4.99. He answered by saying I didn’t say wings…I repeated that I did. He replied by saying, “Well, we’re out of wings.” NOT PROFESSIONAL NOR NECESSARY…If not having wings was a true statement, he should have mentioned it at my time of order and instantly when I asked about whether there were wings in my boxes. The two 3 piece combo meals were at a total purchase price of about $22.17 with tax.

One of the Managers..I think he was.Was very rude at the walk up window.. Had people waiting standing without letting us know what was going on for a good 15 to 20 minutes and when I knocked to ask if they were open he came to the window and was Rude talking loud and nasty.. when he couldn’t of told us Sorry for the wait would y’all like a complimentary drink cus we have a big order and we will be right with you.. that what he should of said.. They need training people skills..Just saying Regardless of the area that you work at…don’t like customers service then find a job that would Suit your needs..

One person in front of me so long that I turned the car off at the order box. Waited so long behind him at the pick up window, I pulled off before the guy got his food . Poor poor service. It was close to 4 p.m. there shouldn’t have been a loooong long wait. But it was tooooo. Long to give them $11.00 for 3 tenders and a biscuit. SMDH.
