Showed up in the drive through for a #1 and a #2 meal. Asked if they could substitute the drink for another side and was told that they only offer it depending on the manager. This manager offered to remove the drink…from my combo meal to alternatively charge full price for an additional side. I also asked if I could get 2 thighs and 1 leg with the #2 and instead got 2 legs and 1 thigh after being told I could get what I originally asked. Poor Customer service. Pick a different Churches.

I paid $33.00 for the special box and couldn’t eat the tenders. They were tender jerky. Wasn’t even worth fighting to get my money back. If you don’t eat it, don’t expect others to want it. Should be shamed of yourselves.

I live about 2 miles from this church’s chicken but I will have to start going to the one on Gentry pkwy WAY BETTER SERVICE than this sorry place on old Kilgore hwy. Always have some stupid story about anything you ask them . Like today FOUR sauces packets for a 10 pc and 3 large sides .
