They knew they made a mistake with the food but gave it to us anyway. The fries and okra was saturated in oil. Food took way too long to make. Restaurant looks unclean with fly traps hanging near fryers. This was a huge mistake and money lost. A valuable lesson learned. Avoid this place!

Saw a sign saying under new management and boy does it show! The food was great and cooked perfectly, everything was hot and fresh with excellent flavor and the service and employees were excellent. They forgot my biscuits on my family meal but it was a large order and there were others there, so I can easily look past it as growing pains. Especially when everything else was top notch!

Ordered Texas grande 16 pc (8) piece (8) strips ,fries instead of Mac! Granted I paid in advance and would come back in 30 minutes because that’s how long the wait was. Came back saw Mac and cheese bowl and asked them to add the fries. Manager lady was as rude as could be ( must not like her job). Got home opened boxes and of course all chicken pieces!! This place sucks and I will go to Killeen!

Every time we have gone here they get they get the order wrong. Combo meals are supposed to come with a side, they have forgotten to provide us with the sides requested. If we ask for spicy chicken, we get regular. I ordered 3 pc spicy dark combo with mashed potatoes and got 2 pc regular chicken and biscuit only. I think they do this on purpose because it has happened every time we go to the cove location. We love Churches Chicken but we will not return to this location because of the terrible service. Save your money and time, this location needs new management and staff!!!

Two days later and I’m still sick and the diarrhea is the worst, The food was so bad it was the worst chicken I’ve ever had, it tasted like old nasty grease, the honey biscuits were even old and hard. The worst experience I’ve had to date. They need to close that place down. And did I mention the Diarrhea is the WORST.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The chicken grease is so old the chicken is dark brown and they gave no warning. The general manager of the location was very rude. The employees gave us her phone number and she hung up on us because we called her personal line. I spent $60 on the food.

These bugs were in the ice of my cup of Coke. This happened at Church’s Chicken in Copperas Cove, Texas. Went to the store to show the manager the cup but they were not there. Got their phone number and texted a message with pictures. Never heard a word from the manager. Called Church’s Corp to file a complaint. Was told they will expedite the complaint. Has been a week and have not heard a word from them either. DO NOIT EAT AT THIS CHURCH’S CHICKEN. If these bugs were in my ice imagine what could be in the food.

I wish I could give zero stars. My chicken tenders I ordered today literally tasted and smelled like a cigarette. I have never been so disgusted. I lost my appetite for the rest of the day. I had higher hopes because it said they were under new management but I definitely don’t recommend dining there.
