We went on Friday 8/4/23 and ordered dinner, i was told 20 mins the wait time and to pull up to a parking area, which was ok but after that things went south. Anyway no need to go into details because I called churches customer support and the gentleman was very helpful/attentive he provided awesome customer service!!!!!! Not only that the general manager from this Churches, Tony called me back and stated he took care of the issue and was very nice and sweet gave me a whole new order plus added bombers too since he was being nice I asked for some lol! Thanks Tony!!!!!!!!

Ok…I order online…$45.98 I had to wait an hour total … because they only have one fryer and the cook dropped my order….I get a mixed family feast. And the chicken isn’t done completely!!!! So we take the box of white back and they refuse refund. I leave the box with breast on counter and leave. So my dinner is mashed potatoes and fries. Due to not having meat. Mind you wings and drumsticks were half cooked so we refuse to eat it. Its crazy how businesses rip you off and don’t care care.

I ordered a drumstick, regular okra and drink. I went back because the chicken was small and the okra was beyond old. It was so dry and pitiful as you can see in the photo. When I arrived and let the workers know about the issue, the two young ladies who came to the window said NOTHING to me and both just walked away and went to get their manager. That’s so very rude. I received no apology. I was able to get my money back thankfully, and was told to have a nice day by a gentleman who I assumed was the manager, as he didn’t say much either. I willI not be back though. Your staff’s customer service skills need work. An apology is basic at best and should be the first thing stated. Thanks.

Food is good and not too expensive. The workers have been polite every time I’ve gone through although you can sometimes overhear them joking around in the drive through when taking orders. While a little unprofessional I think it’s harmless. I’ve never been inside since I’ve always gone through the drive thru. The main problem that you’ll have is waiting on your food. Sometimes they’ll have what you want and sometimes they won’t. If they have what you ordered then you’re gonna be Gucci. If they don’t it can be a wait from anywhere from 10 to around 40 minutes depending how many people they have waiting. So if you’re in a hurry or can’t wait I’d go to the other restaurants nearby. The food’s good but is it worth waiting for? Eh if you don’t see any cars parked in front or a car in the drive thru then yeah. I’d wait for a little bit, otherwise if I were you I’d try something else. Last thing I’ll say is that they often give you the wrong sauce so make sure to check.

Went and bought chicken from here over the weekend ordered 10 piece family meal okra and Fries as a side and a jalapeño. Went home all I had was chicken and fries. I called and the guys on shift were completely nice to me said for me to call manager and I can get the meal replaced the next day. Called the manager maybe 5 minutes before I arrived to get the replacement and when I arrived she already had the food bagged and ready. This seemed odd because of course I wanted fresh food. Made it home the food was sooo gross and cold. Never ever eating there again!!!
