When me and my husband went to the drive through we sat there for about 6-7 minutes before our order was taken. They were quick to take our money but slow to get out our food. The fries and okra were cold, the mashed potatoes gravy solidified so I knew our order sat in their kitchen for a while before it was brought to us outside. I’m never going to this location again.

seriously the worst. they open at 10:30, i came at 11. first, she says come around the the other window, our headset isnt working. fine. i get to the window, she says motions nooo the other window. i get out of my car to order at the front, then she says “CHICKEN NOT FOR 20 MINS” i said ok thats fine! can i get the chicken combo or whatever, SHE SHUTS THE WINDOW IN MY FACE AND LAUGHS W HER COWORKERS. i sat there for 5 mins, never opened that window again. never coming back!!! YALL ARE THE WORST I JUST WANT MY FRIED CHICKEN.

The was not edible, we ordered chicken and fries and corn. The chicken tasted like it had been fried in oil that was 6 months old, the corn was tastless, same as the fries. The servers were really nice.

TERRIBLE!!! Worst place to go, especially if you have things to do. They are suppose to be open by 10:30. At 10:33 I went to order and was told they need 11 minutes on chicken Smh I left, because i knew that 11 mins would turn into 20 or 30… They are soo slow, and have the nerve to have a attitude. I mean EVERYTIME I go to this particular location I ALWAYS leave disappointed If you ask me, I’d tell you to go to the Church’s located on South Valley Mills Dr. Waco Tx.. Sometimes they’re time consuming, but at least they come to WORK!

This Church’s Chicken just had a make over. The chicken was fresh and delicious. But now I taste burned dirty grease. Smaller portions. The service was horrible! The staff was talking about extra marital affairs loudly with customers listening. Service took forever at the drive through one truck and us. The gossiping and loud laughing made our visit suck. They have gone back to the poor service in the past. Two tiny chicken wings and a burnt biscuit, and one three piece no side was $11.00 and some change. Either clean up this Church’s Chicken or close it forever.
